The house of Ruinart is well known for the quality of its champagnes and this rosé champagne is no exception. Made with a high proportion of chardonnay this elegant champagne has delicate red fruits and cherry on the nose and palate.

This is proper Provence pink, Salmon pink. This is a blended Rose, which is to say that 20% red wine, from Sillery and Verzenay, is added. This has a gentle, round and plump nose. Feather-pillow soft. A touch of cool cream, and some weight and some real mouthfeel, texture, here. A touch of spice and dried flowers.

The bouquet is delicate and fresh. White-fleshed fruit (pear), dried fruits (almond). Scents of white flowers (acacia). Aromas of fresh butter & Viennese pastries. The palate is perfectly balanced and fresh with an extremely long finish.

The palate is a whole blend of citrus and exotic fruits coming together to create one of the best looking and tasting Blanc de Blancs Champagnes around.

Very good mousse with fine tenacious and long-lasting creamy bubbles. A fine, fresh and delicate nose with a beautiful intensity. Notes of fresh almonds, toasted brioche, citrus fruits and dried fruits. A beautiful, fine and delicate sensation on the palate.
