Casa Noble represents the pride, passion and quality commitment of more than 200 years of tequila production. First established in 1776, our family of tequilas has a rich history that today represents one of the finest spirits in the world. Casa Noble ultra premium tequilas begin as carefully selected mature Blue Agave plants, which have met our strict requirements for water and sugar content. We employ only traditional methods and slow-cook our rich agave piñas for 38 hours in stone ovens. Then, using only the core and hearts of the agaves, we extract their sweet nectar. Our fermentation process is 100% natural, followed by a triple distillation. It was the second tequila brand to receive organic certification: No chemicals are used in the cultivation of its blue agave or in its distilling process. An on-site treatment plant allows the distillery to transform waste liquids and solids into useful compost or ph balanced liquid that won’t ruin the soil. The result is a tequila so pure and full of agave flavour that it has elevated the concept of tequila to new levels around the world. As one of the top seven tequilas, alongside well-established premium brands, Patron and Don Julio.
Aged in French oak for five years; the brilliant amber tone is impeccably pure and clean; the bouquet at opening is rich, almost brandy-like, and oaky with time in the glass, the aroma becomes a bouquet as the oak influence is joined by a mild vegetal component and a background pepperiness. The palate entry is mildly sweet and oaky, but then the mid-palate stage explodes with firm, meaty tastes of nut butter, pepper, and light caramel; the finish is long, spirity, and elegant; very nice indeed.
