Product Description
Curado takes its name from the pulque curado, another ancestral Mexican drink, which is characterized precisely by the infusion technique of cooked agave. And this is precisely the procedure that underlies this product: in a 100% Tequila from Altos de Jalisco, one of the best varieties, three types of agaves cooked following the technique of each region are infused in the distillery of La Alteña. provenance: the Blue Weber of Arandas, the Espadín of Oaxaca and the Cupreata of Michoacán. From the three different infusions of these agave decoctions, the same number of references are born, characterized by extremely different tasting notes, thanks to the organoleptic properties that each quality of agave brings.
Bright pale gold appearance. The perfumed bouquet shows a ripe, semi-sweet agave profile that includes white pepper, black olive, bell peppers and ripe lemon alongside undertones of praline and cocoa. Light entry expands into a concentrated but soft, juicy profile of beeswax and green wood. The finish is nicely balanced to the earlier sweetness as salt, white pepper and roasted pineapple linger with excellent length. Successfully preserves the vibrancy and complexity of quality Blanco while adding a texture and richness associated with aged tequilas.
