Yellow African daisy blossom with flinty minerality and lime on the nose, as a result of the partial, malolactic fermentation. This is a wine with a naturally fresh mineral and crisp palate. A majestic mid palate continues with a crisp and lingering after taste of lime and pink grapefruit.
