ETERNO Mezcal is a super-premium handcrafted artisanal Mezcal 100% Espadín Agave from the Valley of San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. ETERNO is a top quality mezcal being produced in the heart of Oaxaca. Its unique and distinct taste comes from a very ancient recipe and a combination of the effort, sweat and passion delivered by Don Nacho, 4th generation mezcalero, wich runs the family “Palenque” producing an unmatchable mezcal. This mystical spirit is produced in one of the most antique palenque’s of Oaxaca that is being run by a long-established family in the region, in which wisdom and passion for mezcal has been passed from generation to generation.
Clear amber with a golden hue. The bouquet shows smoke with oak wood and citrus notes. The palate has distinct oak wood, smooth and sweet with citrus notes on the finish.

INGREDIENTS
1oz Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila
1/2oz Mezcal Eterno Añejo
1/2oz Finlandia Red Grapefruit Vodka
1/2oz Agave nectar
3/4oz Fresh Lime juice
1/2oz Grapefruit juice
Egg white
METHOD
1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice.
2. Fill with ice and shake.
3. Strain into a bucket glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
