Decidedly intense and aromatic, with notes of sage, jasmine, lavender, fresh hints of apple and cedar. On the palate the wine is intense with good vibrant acidity and sapidity and an excellent aromatic persistence on the finish.

A gorgeously exotic sweet wine from the island of Pantelleria which sits between Sicily and Africa. It’s made from Zibibbo (as they call Muscat in Sicily), some of which has been dried to add an extra layer of raisin flavour. Tastes like the sweet, ricotta and crystallised peel filled pastries from Naples with roasted apricots.
