Initial savoury notes lift to reveal peach, nectarine, nougat and roasted cashews. Stone-fruit on the palate is beautifully contained within the framework of natural acidity that has a saline edge due to the coastal location of the vineyard.

Light yellow hue. New oak is quite evident on the bouquet. Buttery, citrus and mineral notes too. The palate is refined and taut, focussed and intense, with great delicacy and subtlety. Long and pure on the finish. A beautiful Chardonnay. The full Symphony is playing here.

Grapefruit pith and white peaches are entwined with fine cashew nut oak aromas on the bouquet with some subtle characters contributing complexity and depth. The palate is fine boned and elegant, powered by an acid line which is nonetheless filled out with creamy fruit intensity.

From Tasmania's Derwent Valley. Gorgeous floral notes leap from the glass to begin. There's a delicious lift of crunchy citrus fruits on the palate – grapefruit and lime spring to mind. With plenty of zesty acidity to carry the line of fruit, a lithe touch of some residual sugar balances perfectly.
